- Track orders, manage inventory, and accept payments
- Customize themes and integrate with third-party tools
3. Account Registration

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration and keep it updated

All content, software, branding, and components of the platform are the property of mCartify or its licensors. Store owners retain ownership of their uploaded product content and business data.
6. Subscription and Billing
- Access to mCartify is provided via paid subscription plans
- Each subscription is store-specific and billed monthly or annually
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Pricing is exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g., GST)
- Payments are processed through secure third-party providers
7. Pricing and Payment Terms
- Subscription charges apply as per the plan selected at signup
- All plans auto-renew until cancelled
- Failed payments may result in account suspension after 7 days
- Prices are in INR unless otherwise stated
8. Refund Policy
- Free trial access, if available, is provided without charge
- All payments are final and non-refundable
- Billing errors must be reported within 7 days to support@mcartify.com
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- Payments are not received on time
- You misuse or attempt to disrupt the platform
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the billing cycle.

Our data collection and usage practices are explained in our Privacy Policy. By using mCartify, you consent to our data practices.
11. Limitation of Liability
We provide the Services "as is." mCartify is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates indicates your acceptance. Significant changes will be notified via email or in-app notification.
